NCKU Disaster Prevention Research Center Marks 15th Anniversary

When Typhoon Herb devastated central Taiwan in July, 1996, a research center was founded at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) to improve the technology and countermeasures of disaster prevention. Three NCKU Professors Receive National Awards

Three scholars at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) have won awards from Taiwan’s government organizations, including one whose research is instrumental to developing drugs that can treat anxiety.

Asian Universities Half Marathon Relay to Kick Off in Tainan

The first Asian universities’ half marathon relay will be held Oct. 30 at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in southern Taiwan with 56 students from 14 universities in Taiwan, mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore participating.

Taiwan’s NCKU signs MOUs with three British universities
