Congratulations to Cho Lain-shi, the 1966 graduate from the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Cho´s sculptures “Black and White＂ have won number two in the 12th Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition of Taichung, 2007. He will hold an exhibition of his oil painting at 2F-6, No. 219, Min Chuan Road, Taichung City.
Congratulations to Lee Tsung-po, the 1977 graduate from the Department of Industrial Design, who was made President of National Taichung Institute of Technology.
Congratulations to Chou Shu-yeh, the 1957 graduate from the Department of Civil Engineering, who is working at Escritorio Economico e Cultural de Taipei. Chou was conferred the Comendad or de Ordem do Rio de Janeiro, the highest honor from the State Council of Rio de Janeiro.
